My new favorite créme brûlèe, that dessert made of custard and caramel, is now this one at Puso Bistro and Bar in Quest Hotel, Cebu City.
I’m horrified to say that I finished the cup. Though I love this sugar confection, I’m usually so overcome by the sweetness halfway into the dessert that I’m unable to take in more. Not so this créme brûlèe.
Come to think of it, I can’t remember a buffet that I enjoyed more. Managed to go through the whole works – starters, soup, main, dessert.
I’m now regretting having our gift certificate for a buffet for two at Puso raffled off during one of the Christmas parties. Haha.
